After 20+ years as a real estate paralegal managing everything from contracts to closings, I made the leap to the front lines — not because I love houses (though I do), but because I genuinely care about helping people through life’s biggest transitions. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating for military service, or simplifying for a new season of life, my role is to keep you calm, clear, and supported every step of the way.

My style? Real-talk meets real strategy. I listen closely, explain things without fluff, and keep you fully in the loop from day one. You’ll never have to wonder what’s next or chase me for answers. I work with intention, protect your interests, and treat every transaction like it’s my own — grounded in a strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and communication. And while I spent two decades working in real estate law, I’m not an attorney and can’t offer legal advice — though I do bring a legally-minded eye to every detail.

Licensed since 2019 and full-time since 2022, I serve clients across Glen Allen, Short Pump, Twin Hickory, Wyndham, the greater Richmond region, and beyond. I hold designations and certifications, including ABR®, SRS®, RENE®, AHWD®, and MRP®, reflecting my commitment to both buyer and seller expertise, negotiation strategy, and inclusive service. I’m also a proud Virginia REALTOR® and active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Richmond Association of REALTORS®, and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
